I’m a certified Yoga Instructor based in Firestone, Colorado. My first ever yoga experience was hot yoga in 2008 and it dominated my mental and physical capabilities. It would be years in-and-out of studios, trying different types of yoga, studying with different teachers before I finally came home to myself in 2019. I was granted with an opportunity to learn from wise and inspiring individuals to become a yoga instructor myself.

When I am not on my mat, you can find me on adventures with my daughter, flowing on a SUP,  or practicing naps with a couple cats. I also enjoy teaching mathematics to young adults.
